Cary McDonald is widely recognized as one of the most knowledgeable advertising and marketing professionals in law and mass torts. Through his twenty-five years constant work with the nation’s top litigation firms, he has been leading the charge in identifying dangerous drugs, defective products, and faulty medical devices to pursue. As the founder and CEO of eJustice, his cutting-edge legal marketing firm invested over $100 million into websites and media advertising to find injured claimants for some of the most important mass tort cases in history.
After years of helping consumers find the right legal talent, Cary parlayed this experience and knowledge into forming his own successful mass tort firm, Flood Law Group. While a partner, he spearheaded the marketing for GM Ignition Defect claims, resulting in FLG signing more clients and more wrongful death cases than any other law firm. These days, as the CEO of Banner Legal, Cary continues to generate an impressive mass torts portfolio that includes Round Up, Talcum Powder cancers, birth defects, Mesothelioma, and many other defective product and drug cases, some which FLG has a prominent role in litigating. Through his efforts, he has helped connect tens of thousands of plaintiffs with law firms to receive compensation resulting in billions of dollars in settlements.
Based on longstanding relationships with prominent members of the armed services and recognizing the needs of our nation’s Military Veterans, Cary also launched the Veteran Legal Group, whose sole focus is delivering expert legal care to those that have served. While VLG will always help veterans appeal disability cases to the VA, there are several important litigations underway that directly affect veterans, and Cary is at the forefront of all of them. These include anti-terrorism cases in which our service members have been injured or killed by state sponsors of terror. These cases help the badly injured veterans and the family members of the deceased recover damages directly from Iran. Additionally, VLG is leading the charge in water contamination cases on military bases involving the chemical PFAS, and has hundreds of clients in the 3m Defective Ear Plug litigation.
Cary sits on the board of Americas Warriors Foundation and is a member of the Sovereign Military Order of The Temple of Jerusalem, an honor almost exclusively granted to veterans of the armed services.
